Like many in the running community, I wore a race t-shirt today and got outside. The events at yesterday's Boston Marathon make my heart hurt, but I will continue to run. And will probably be sporting blue and yellow ribbons in my hair during my next race in honor of those who were hurt or killed yesterday.
Thoughts and prayers are with everyone who was at the Marathon or in Boston yesterday.
